Moyra UK became registered for VAT in 2016. Registration No 212 6187 39. 

Our published sales prices are exclusive of VAT, which is added by the shopping cart and shown as a separate amount on your sales confirmation and / or invoice.

Secure Payment

Moyra UK offers secure online payment by Worldpay shopping cart with SSL EV security on the checkout pages. Should you wish to pay by any other method, please press pay by other means at the till when ordering, or use our contact form

Postage Charges

Post and packing is charged at a flat rate of £5.50 delivery within the UK. Free delivery is offered on orders above £50 in the UK.


It is our aim to despatch goods within 48 hours from the time they are ordered (subject to payment) Please allow 3 - 5 days for delivery.  Delivery dates cannot be guaranteed as delays may be due to circumstances beyond our control.  Any order re-shipped due to being refused or undeliverable the first time will have the original freight charge added to the due amount, in order to cover our administrative costs and additional transportation costs.

Neither Moyra UK nor their nominated carrier will accept claims for consequential losses due to late delivery.

Order Processing

Moyra UK includes a printed paper copy of packing / delivery notes or invoices with your order.


However we try our very best to ensure we have all items in our webshop on occasions we may be out of stock.  Our system will not allow you to order out of stock products.  Please re order on your next visit to the shop.

Order Cancellations

Cancellations must be made in writing by email.

If you decide to cancel your order before it has been dispatched a full refund will be made via Worldpay. If your order has been dispatched before your cancellation has been received please return goods for a refund (as described below), but please note we will not refund the cost of outgoing or return postage. Refunds will be made within 30 days of the returned product(s) being received.


All returns must be accompanied with a letter stating the order number and reason for the return.

We will only accept products back on the condition that the product(s) being returned are unused and in perfect condition. We will not accept goods that have been used, opened and packages that seem to have been deliberately damaged or tampered with in any way.

Goods must be returned within 14 days of receipt. You are responsible for the safe transit of the returned product(s) and any postage charges that are incurred.

Refunds will be made within 30 days of the returned product(s) being received.

Faulty or Damaged Goods

In the unlikely event of your goods being faulty or damaged we will offer to replace these goods at no extra charge, or we will offer a full refund. The faulty / damaged goods must be returned, to enable us to claim off our supplier or couriers.

Faulty goods must be reported to Moyra UK within 3 working days. If we are not informed within this period a refund will not be given.

If returning faulty goods customers should inform us by email prior to returning the goods, and await an confirmation email that your items are expected.

Special Offers

The special offers on this site can only be ordered over the internet and cannot be used in conjunction with any other online or offline discount which may be available at the time.
